Pay Range:$39.30-$57.80/Hrs

Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to gather and document requirements for a management system.
Engage with various business units to identify shared needs and translate them into structured documents.
Support vendor demonstrations and evaluations for system implementation planned for 2026-2027.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed discussions with business teams to gather and document requirements.
Identify overlaps and common requirements across multiple business units.
Consolidate requirements into structured documents for vendor selection.
Align requirements with business priorities and timelines in collaboration with project managers.
Prepare comparison matrices and analyses to support vendor evaluations.
Ensure all requirements are validated and traceable to business outcomes.
Contribute to the final implementation roadmap for the selected system.

Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/ERP projects.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proven ability to work across multiple business units and consolidate diverse needs.
Experience supporting RFPs, vendor evaluations, and product selection processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
