We are currently seeking a dedicated Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Hammond, Louisiana.Job DetailsSalary: Competitive, based on experienceJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Hammond, LA 70403Position SummaryAs a Body Shop Estimator, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing vehicle repair estimates. Your role includes providing excellent customer service, accurately estimating repair costs in line with insurance guidelines, and managing the repair process from start to finish. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and insurance companies to ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assess their repair needs with empathy and professionalismSchedule appointments and coordinate with customers and Body Shop Technicians to identify necessary repairsPrepare accurate and detailed repair estimates including parts and labor costsAdhere to insurance company guidelines when preparing estimates and handling communicationsMaintain organized workloads and dispatch repair orders efficientlyExplain estimates clearly to customers and keep them informed throughout the repair processPerform quality control checks on repaired vehicles before deliveryMaintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standardsPerform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
