Your role:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your own network
• Contact prospective candidates to present MLR roles and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Continually engage leads to maintain interest and support them throughout their hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on your contributions to meetings scheduled, interviews performed, and hires resulting from your leads

What you'll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your compensation:
