Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an GMI HR Coordinator to work for one of our top global tech clients! .
Pay: $35-$37/hr. depending on experience
Location: Remote- US
What You'll Do
Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters, and letters of support
Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines
Support and maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process
Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees
Assist with onboarding reporting and collection of work authorization documents
Create and format training guides and process maps
Facilitate file transfers between vendors and ensure seamless coordination
Conduct routine audits to maintain data integrity
Adhere to department policies and procedures while addressing employee inquiries
Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional environment
Experience in Global Mobility or Immigration
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems
This role requires access to sensitive and confidential employee and business information. A high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity is essential.
