POLA Marketing Internship

We're a growing marketing agency based in South Louisiana that believes great marketing should actually move the needle. Not just look pretty in a portfolio.

The Role

You'll be doing real marketing work not coffee runs.

This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience across multiple areas of agency life, including:

• Writing social captions, blog content, and website copy
• Assisting in campaign concepting and strategy
• Supporting client projects and internal creative brainstorming
• Helping with content planning and marketing execution
• Conducting research and competitive analysis
• Assisting with brand voice development
• Participating in client meetings (when appropriate)

You'll report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with our creative and strategy team.

We believe the best way to learn is by doing, so you'll be contributing to real projects for real clients with real expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing skills (grammar matters)
• Creative thinking and idea generation
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable receiving feedback (and applying it)
• Reliable and professional
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed

Marketing experience is a plus, but curiosity and work ethic matter more.

• Paid internship
• 2040 hours per week (based on availability)
• Summer / Fall / Spring semester options available
• In-office in Covington, LA
