Managing the Sales for ZOLLERN Gears & Winches in North and South America
Commercial and technical negotiations with customer procurement
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Work closely with the inside sales team on all sales-related operational tasks, such as preparing quotes, following up on invoices, and similar activities
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales follow-up
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Strong technical understanding and a high affinity for technology, ideally with experience in drive technology
Structured and independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibility
Professional experience in technical sales is desirable
35+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in drive technology
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Willingness to spend over 50% of the time in the field, including international travel
Team player with excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset and professional interaction with clients
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sage is an advantage
