This role interfaces across engineering, reliability, and operations teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system incidents – ensuring maximum system uptime and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).This role also serves as the designated Payload Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) within operations.
