Promptcare is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Management Representative to join our team. The Representative will be responsible for the management of all insurance, therapy and dose changes for active patients receiving therapy from Promptcare. They will be responsible for communication and coordination with the payor, patient, and all internal departments to report the impact of these changes.
