Trains and guides operations staff on job duties and proper safety and procedures Serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to customers to Aramark and legally required standards Undertake basic food preparation (hot and cold food) and made to order services including hot and cold offers Take bookings and payments for purchases of food, beverage and any associated consumables as directed and following cash sales handling procedures to ensure security of payments.
