Job Details

Performs a wide variety of data analyses to correct complex billing exceptions. Job Duties/ Responsibilities Research and resolves assigned complex billing exceptions related to Collective, Net Meter, and Device Management. Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to supervisor. Supports the review of billing practices to ensure consistent resolution, and adherence to Billing Practices and Rules for each Operating Company. Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use. Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by supervisor. Minimum Requirements Minimum education required of the position Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience, Master's Degree is a plus.
