Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment repair.; Act as back-up for call person in case of emergency and respond timely and appropriately.; Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.; Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports as requested.; Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, extinguishers, and lighting; inspect plumbing and repair/refinish furniture as needed.
