The Lead Construction Inspector will be responsible for generating and marketing construction inspection services for projects of all sizes throughout the southeastern US. The qualified candidate will have a strong background in the various construction disciplines, building codes, and industry best practices and techniques. The successful candidate must have a proven background in overseeing construction projects that were completed on time and within budget constraints. This individual must also have knowledge and experience with using construction management software to enhance construction management operational efficiency.Position Description We are seeking a motivated Lead Construction Inspector with experience inspecting the construction/installation of various facilities and infrastructure types. The Lead Construction Inspector will manage a group of construction inspectors on projects across varying government and private sector clients and industries and of varying scope and scale.
