Integral Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned; Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner; Fix wall and/or floor coverings; repair furniture and fixtures; perform basic plumbing work; perform minor electrical repairs; repair appliances; paint and refurbish projects; work with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and make ready rooms; Drive bus for routine resident appointments
