Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Provide direct personal care to patients under clinical/nursing supervision and maintain a safe, supportive environment.; Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate observations to nursing staff.; Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient care tasks (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration, bedding).; Facilitate patient educational-rehabilitative groups on social skills, coping skills, anger management, and independent living skills.; Document timely and accurate clinical information in the patient medical record; complete required documentation and assist with follow-up on incidents.
