DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
The To-Go Specialist is the friendly voice and smile behind our takeout experience. This team member ensures each guest receives accurate, timely, and warm service-whether picking up curbside or calling in an order. You'llbe a key part of keeping operations smooth, food quality high, and our guests coming back for more.
What You'll Do:
- Provide an exceptional guest experience with every interaction-over the phone, online, or curbside.
- Take, confirm, and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and make change when applicable.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized to-go and service areas throughout your shift.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timing.
- Assist with side duties as needed-rolling silverware, running food, or helping with seating.
- Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing duties per company standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Santa Fe Cattle Co. values of integrity, teamwork, and hospitality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What You Bring:
- A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine enthusiasm for great service.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and move quickly for up to 6 hours per shift.
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Bend, kneel, and balance as needed.
- May occasionally work outdoors when assisting curbside guests.
