Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician B to perform maintenance and repairs throughout our industrial facility in Walker, LA. Shift: Full-Time Sunday-Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay: $22.00-$25.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, skills including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and building and installing lighting and plumbing, and dock doors repair. As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will maintain interior and exterior of property by painting, remodeling and repairing amenities. You will monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications as well as keep areas clean and organized. You will use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks while also operating forklifts and heavy equipment. You will communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team about repairs and faulty operations. Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 plus years of related experience Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles
