Quality Reviewer For AI Training Data Project

Welo Data is looking for experienced quality reviewers to join a high-profile AI training data project in collaboration with one of the world's leading voice AI platforms. As a verifier, you will play a critical role in shaping the way AI understands and interacts with people globally by ensuring transcription accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

What you will do:

• Review short audio transcriptions (~5 seconds) for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Approve accurate transcriptions or reject those requiring correction with clear, actionable feedback.
• Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
• Support analysts through constructive feedback to enhance overall quality.
• Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution.

Project details:

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension

Commitment: 10-20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks

Job type: Freelance

Location: Remote (Sweden)

Language: Swedish

Pay rate: $30.8/hour

Requirements:

• Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in Swedish
• Language skills: Exceptional written skills with expert-level command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Experience: Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or related fields.
• Attention to detail: Strong critical eye for subtle errors in formatting and adherence to guidelines.
• Technical setup: A reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
• Constructive feedback skills: Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
• Commitment to learning: Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.
• Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
