We're looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Mandeville, LA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.About the Position of Assistant ManagerAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.About the Position of Service ManagerThe Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. They ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work.
