The Assistant Manager collaborates and communicates with Acima retail partners to process credit turn‑down applications and web orders and convert them into Acima credit customers. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager reviews lease applications, promotes and sells Acima's leasing benefits, and drives conversions. This role will be performed in one of our retail partner store locations.CompensationThe Assistant Store Manager position is paid hourly in accordance with Acima's usual payroll procedures. In addition to an hourly rate, the position may be eligible for various bonus and/or incentive programs in effect.
