Provide customer service to both current and prospective students
The Campus Visit Coordinator is responsible for creating exceptional prospective student experiences through the coordination of campus visits. This position serves as a key representative of the institution, conducting outbound phone calls to prospective students and families to schedule college visits. The role supports enrollment goals by fostering engagement and providing accurate information.
This position is 100% remote - candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Florida, now and during the course of employment with Berkeley College.
