Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour | 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Warehouse Floater Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is required.

Warehouse Floater Skills & Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, inventory, or related experience is required.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Warehouse Floater Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
