BOH Salad Station

Day shift is between 10am-4pm and night shift is between 4 pm-10pm. Must be able to work a combination of days and nights. DiMartino's is looking for experienced BOH kitchen positions for Salad Station. Must have good attitude with a good work ethic. Experience recommended but not required. Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
