Senior Administrative Assistant

Description:

Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and human resources administration and provides professional support to one or more Managers and their direct reports. The role provides general offices services ensuring all administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.
- Provide administrative, operational, financial, and HR support to one or more managers and their teams.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze information and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Manage calendars, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and departmental events.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute communications, presentations, reports, and other business documentation.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Coordinate budgets, process invoices and expense reports, and track spending against approved budgets.
- Support office operations, including onboarding/offboarding, facilities coordination, vendor management, workspace planning, and supply management.
- Coordinate training activities and ensure employee schedules, vacation requests, and absences are appropriately tracked and managed.
- Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff as needed.
- Handle complex administrative issues, resolve inquiries, escalate concerns when appropriate, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the efficient operation of the business.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Calendaring management

- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to collaborate with a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Banking experience
- Bachelor's degree
