Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services, including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. TheAdministrative Coordinator 1 works within the Communications Department, operating the facility's PBX phone system and providing general information to patients and visitors.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Answers all incoming calls using the agency's Cisco Unity Console System on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.
Monitors al Security Alarm Systems and Screens notify proper personnel of any deviations of the normal routine.
Monitors alarm panel which consists of alarms for high-risk areas such as Pharmacy, Electrical, Fire, Engineering, Bio-med, Gas, and patient alarm system.
Using the EPIC Electronic Health Record maintains a current patient census.
Attend Education In-Services, Mandatory Training and Annual Review as required by hospital policy and procedure or deemed necessary by supervisor.
All other duties as assigned include ensuring departmental coverage.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: When Actually Employed (WAE); This position can only work a maximum of 1,250 hours within a 12-month period (part-time).
Career Progression: This position doesnot participate in a Career Progression Group.
Work Schedule: Work hours are 7pm- 7am, rotating shifts
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
