Join Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) as an Administrative Coordinator 4 and become an essential part of our team! In this role, you'll keep Executive Administration organized and running smoothly while taking on a variety of important responsibilities, including purchasing, agency credit card management, time administration, petty cash, and front-desk reception. Three years of experience in administrative services.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Provides administrative support functions for Executive Administration.
Performs complex duties that require independent judgment, which includes the following: purchasing responsibilities; agency credit card holder duties; primary time administrator; petty cash custodian.
Serves as the main receptionist at the front desk of the Executive Administration office.

Compensation: The salary range for the position is below.
Salary may be negotiable depending on the chosen applicant's level of experience. Note regarding the advertised pay range: The maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title and NOT the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.
Location: Executive Administration i s housed in Hammond, Louisiana.
