The Return-to-Work Specialist manages ADA accommodations and return-to-work programs, serving as the primary point of contact for associates, managers, and HR throughout the accommodation and transitional duty process. The role ensures timely case management, effective communication, regulatory compliance, and successful reintegration of associates into the workplace.

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $60,000 - $95,000.
