Assembler Position

Job Duties

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and production standards
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks
• Follow workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures
