About the Company:
This is a commercial-stage organ technology company dedicated to developing technologies that improve outcomes for patients with acute orchronic organ failure. The company is a pioneer in normothermic machine perfusion (NMP), with a flagship platform used across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia. The technology has been used in thousands of liver transplants to date, keeping donor livers in a metabolically active state outside the body - enabling longer preservation times and functional organ assessment prior to transplant, and ultimately increasing the number of organs available for transplant.
