BISTRO BYRONZ IS HIRING

Experienced Line Cooks


Duties:

  • Company culture.
  • Communication must be timely and respectful.
  • Prepping food by recipe while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. 
  • Cooking orders for the guest by recipes and guest requests.
  • Cleaning work area including equipment both as you go and at the end of the shift.
  • Recording waste either on the waste log or by telling the kitchen manager/chef.
  • Training fellow employees and sharing your job knowledge.
  • Being at work on time and ready for the shift. 
  • Practicing teamwork and asking for help when needed.
  • Not an all-inclusive list.

Working at Bistro Byronz:

  • Pay is based on experience
  • Raises given based on knowledge and skill (mastering each line position)
  • Hours of operations: Monday – Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Closed most major holidays
  • Flexible schedules 
  • Meals discounts on and off duty

Requirements & Preferences:

  • 1 to 2 years cooking experience in a full-service medium to high volume restaurant.
  • Serv-Safe certified preferred not required
  • Safe Food Handler certified preferred not required
