Established Engineering Firm is seeking a Reliable and Dependable Career-Minded individual to fill an Administrative Assistant position.
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Daily assistance to principals/engineers/support staff of the firm; billing/invoicing; tracking accounts receivables; scheduling inspections, meetings, etc.; data entry; answering phones and assisting callers, including current and potential clients; and general clerical and administrative work.
Requirements: Attention to detail is a must; experience within the insurance adjusting and/or legal industry is a plus; candidate must live on the North Shore.
